That is my site, which is hosted at the company I work for (no real site up yet) and if I posted that crap I'd get the knife. So if the firmware doesn't help, call Verizon and make them send you the newest revision. I found there is also a new hardware revision of that router which has 2 x 64 bit processors and a NAT table supporting 1700 entries. You can download here, (11.3 is the last set of numbers on the firmware. It was hard to find.I had to google it because the guy at Actiontec didn't even know where I could get. It took me 5 support calls and a call to Actiontec to get this new firmware and so far it seems to have solved the issues I was having with gaming. If anybody has Verizon FIOS using the Actiontec MI424WR router there is a firmware upgrade which increases the NAT table to 1500 (I think it's around 500 or so by default which causes huge network/online gaming issues).
